The Boat - About Ksar

The Ksar is a 14m (42 foot), steel Ketch. She is fully equipped for navigation in these southern latitudes. Her reliability and strength have been put to the test and she has proven herself over years of sailing in the most tremulous seas of the world.

The fittings and layout of the cabins were designed with your comfort in mind. The wood and copper interior gives her a cozy atmosphere in which to spend time. She is equipped with a salon, cabin with two double beds, galley, and bathroom.

This vessel is solid and her crew is sturdy!

Our captain is one of the most skillful seaman in Tierra del Fuego. He has a unique knowledge of this region and he has been sailing here for twenty years.
